NEW · AUGUST 2026 · DAY CAMP IN RICHMOND HILL

Build a robot.
Compete. Make summer count.

A week of hands-on robotics built for the summer. Teams of one or two design, build, and code a robot for a custom in-house competition — then battle it out on the field. No experience needed. Beginners welcome.

01 / THE CHALLENGE

One robot. A new mission every week.

Campers design a robot for a custom Silver Owl competition — one that can be played with just a drivetrain and a plow. Get that rolling, and there’s a secondary task that calls for an arm or an intake.

That secondary task changes every week, so the game stays fresh and the engineering never stops. Work solo or pair up — teams are one or two campers, and everyone competes.

03 / MORE THAN ROBOTS

A full day, well spent.

The build is the centre of gravity — but the week is balanced with creative breaks indoors and fresh air outside.

ON THE BENCH

The robot

The heart of every day. Campers build and code their machine, with coaches matching the pace of each team — whether it’s a first build or a fast iteration.

  • Hands-on building
  • Beginner-friendly coding
  • Coached at your own pace
  • Weekly design iterations
WHEN WE’RE INSIDE

Indoor activities

Breaks between build sessions stay creative and fun — a mix of games, making, and quick engineering puzzles.

  • Board games
  • 3D printing
  • Arts & crafts
  • Design challenges
WHEN WE HEAD OUT

Outdoor activities

Every afternoon we get out of the lab to reset, move around, and have some fun off the field.

  • Local parks
  • Bowling
  • Group games
  • Fresh-air resets
04 / GOOD TO KNOW

The practical stuff.

01

Flexible drop-off & pickup

Need to start earlier or finish later? Early drop-off and late pickup are available so camp fits around your work day.

02

Lunch, your way

Order lunch with us daily — pizza, burgers, wraps and more from spots nearby — or send your camper with their own. Your call.

03

Solo or paired up

Teams are one or two campers. Come with a friend or get matched up — either way, everyone builds and everyone competes.

04

All levels welcome

No robotics experience required. Coaches meet every camper where they are, from first-time builders to returning competitors.
